We will hold the fourth Memorial dedicated to Professor Aleksandar Radivojević. Since it also marks the tenth anniversary of his passing, we have decided to design the fourth Memorial as a tribute to this anniversary in the Zorin Dom Theatre, with a ceremonial concert featuring associations where he left a significant mark. The FA Matija Gubec – organizer of the International Folklore Festival, in which he participated in the early years – will perform dance, music, and tambura music arrangements of his compositions. The FD Vuga will also perform his arrangements of traditional music, and the Chorus Carolostadien, which he founded, will join them on stage. We will combine tradition and hold a concert that will surely leave a positive impression on the audience. The concert will be photographed, recorded, and promoted. Unfortunately, he has been gone for ten years, but in his fifty years of work in amateur music, he left an indelible mark on the life of our city and many associations throughout Croatia. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. and conclude with a joint performance of all three associations around 9:30 p.m. We hope that before the concert, in the lobby of Zorin Dom, there will be a special exhibition about Prof. Radivojević’s life journey, which will further engage the audience.
